Step 2: Auto Body Shop / Repairs
- Vehicle assigned to a technician
- Technician inspects repairs to be done

Step 3: Complete Auto Painting
- Vehicle prepped in Paint Dept.
- Sanding Initial primer
- Bodywork inspection
- Final primers
- Sealers masking In paint booth
- Color & clear sprayed
- Paint drying
Step 4: Buffing & Striping
- Vehicle is wet-sanded & buffed
- Pinstriping Rockguard
- Two-tone Bumpers
Step 5: Reassembly & Trim-Out
- Installation of lamps, A/C, mouldings, grills, doors, trim, etc.
- Mechanical suspension
- Front-end alignment
- Noise/electrical
Step 6: Vehicle Cleaning
- Wash vehicle, vacuum, clean windows
- Touch-up
- Wax
Step 7: Quality Assurance
- Service Advisor does 21 point check list
- Customer called when vehicle is ready
